If points P and Q are contained in a plane then PQ is entirely contained in that plane

If P and Q are already contained in the plane then when you put them together they will be entirely in the plane.
So yes, PQ would be entirely in the plane.

PQ is entirely contained in that plane if both points are contained in the plane.
