Write the standard equation of the circle with center (-8, -7) and a radius of 6.5.

The standard equation of a circle is:

(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2, where r=radius and (h,k) is the center of the circle so:

(x--8)^2+(y--7)=6.5^2

(x+8)^2+(y+7)=42.25
