What is the solution of the inequeality 3t+>6

Simplify it by getting the variable t on one side of the inequality alone and everything else on the opposite side.

The variable t is being multiplied by 3. Reverse the operation by dividing both sides of the inequality by 3.

3t / 3 > 6 / 3
t > 2

To be in the solution set, t has to be greater than 2.

Or in interval notation: (2, ∞)

Or in a set builder notation: t
