A polynomial that has 7 turning points is multiplied by another polynomial that has 3 zeros. What is the minimum degree of the new polynomial?

The minimum degree that the new polynomial which is a result of multiplying the polynomial with 7 turning points and the one with 3 zeroes is equal to 4. That is because the turning points of the polynomial that does not necessarily mean that those are zeroes.
