According to Ohm's Law, the current is directly proportional to the potential difference between two points, or what we call voltage. The proportionality constant is the conductance, or reciprocal of resistance. In formula, it is written as:

I = V/R

Then,

R = V/I = 62 V/4 A = 15.5

The resistance is 15.5 ohms.
