When we are multiplying any number by a multiple of 10 (10, 100, 1000, 10000,...) we can count the "zeros" in the multiple of 10 and add the same amount of zeros to the end of the number we are multiplying. In this case we are multiplying "19" by "1,000,000", since the multiple of 10 has 6 zeros, then we need to add that same amount to 19.
The result is 19,000,000.
