Latent learning is learning that isn't expressed immediately, but suddenly, you could say.

Latent learning refers to a type of learning in which knowledge is not directly gained. This type of learning usually occurs due to experiences. As we do a certain type of action over and over again, our brain would develop a more efficient method for us to do that action more efficiently.
