Two possibilities:
28^2 + x^2 = 96^2
OR
28^2 + 96^2 = c^2

784 + x^2 = 9216
subtract 784 from both side
x^2 = 8432
Take the square root of both sides
x = 91.83 NOT an Integer

28^2 + 96^2 = c^2
784 + 8216 = c^2
10,000 = c^2
Take the square root of both sides
c = 100 HYPOTENUSE
