B) -4
5b=6a+16
9a=7b-20
b=(6/5)a+(16/5)
9a=7((6/5)a+(16/5))-20
9a=(42/5)a+12/5
(3/5)a=12/5
a=4
5b=6(4)+16
5b=24+16
5b=40
b=8
3(4)-2(8)
12-16=-4
