the largest city among those non-European capitals is: Hamburg
Hamburg has the size area of
755.2 km² because it includes several major ports in Germany.
Birmingham placed second with
267.8 km² , Milan placed fourth with
181.8 km² and Barcelona placed last with
101.9 km² of size area.
