The theme park company is building a scale model of the killer whale stadium main show tank for an investor's presentation. Each dimension will be made 6 times smaller to accommodate the mock-up in the presentation room. How many times smaller than the actual volume is the volume of the mock-up?

Actual Volume: 359,007 ft^3

well if each dimension is made 6 times smaller and we have 3 dimensions. so we would have to divide each dimension by 6. if we divide each dimension by 6 then we divide by 6 to the third power or 6^3. which is 218 times smaller. so if it was a cube and its actual dimension was 6 x 6 x 6, the volume of this is 218. then each dimension is 6 times smaller. this means divide each by 6 and we get 1 x 1 x 1. the volumenof this is 1 cubic foot. so it would be 218 times smaller.
