The simplest way in which to write out this problem is as follows:
(2300/4500)*(100%).
Or, you could find the quotient 2300/4500 first and then multiply your result by 100%.

2300 / 4500 = 0.5111
so a 51.11 % acceptance round off to 51% if needed
