What characteristics does an organism need to fulfill in order to be part of Eukaryota domain

An organism should have a true nucleus, in order to be a part of the domain Eukaryota. They have membrane-bound cellular organelles, well-defined nucleus, and cell membrane. The nucleus is bound by a double membrane, which allows the molecules to go in or out.
