Formula for volume of cylinder is pi* r^2 * h. 3.14 * (3.5/2)^2 * 5 = 48.08 cubic inches

3.14xradius^2xheight
radius=1/2 the diameter=3.5/2=1.75
3.14x1.75^2x5
1.75^2=3.0625
3.14x3.0625x5
3.14x3.0625=9.61625
9.61625x5=48.08125
volume=48.08
