she is paid $10 per hour +15% of merchandise
so total earnings of hailey=$10*(no. of hours worked)
+(15/100)*merchandise sold =$10*x+0.15*550 =
$10x+82.5

I would say, if x = hours,
10x + 82.5, I guess? Options would be nice to have.
