Nine thirds? If so its would be 9/3 / 1/3?

The answer would be 1/3 / 1/3+1 making it 2/3

Im not sure so dont take my word

= 9 - 3 ÷ ⅓ + 1
= 9 - 3 × 3 + 1
= 9 - 9 + 1
= 1
