Turning points is from the maximum of (n-1) of an n-degree polynomial. Since we're considering the minimum degree, we can say that this polynomial has a degree of 5. The second polynomial has 9 zeroes, then, this polynomial has a degree of 9. The minimum degree of the new polynomial will be (5+9) = 14
