The given expression is :
(m+3)/(m^(2)-16). /(m^(2-9) )/(m+4)

We can write the expressions in the form of difference of two squares and apply the formula
a^(2)-b^(2)= (a+b)(a-b)

Writing it as difference of two squares we have:

(m+3)/((m+4)(m-4))/((m+3)(m-3))/(m+4)

Converting division sign to multiplication the second fraction flips .Cancelling the common terms in numerator and denominator we have:

(1)/((m-4)(m-3))
