Whats the hypothesis of the conditional statement,if my mom has to work,then I babysit my little sister

"If my mom has to work" would be the hypothesis portion of the conditional statement.
"... then I babysit my little sister" would be the conclusion portion of the conditional statement.

A conditional statement consists of two propositions: the hypothesis and the consequent. You can form conditional statements in the following way:

If (hypotheisi) then (consequent)

where the dots are propositions.

So in your conditional statement the hypothesis is my mom has to work

because you have

if my mom has to work then I babysit my little sister
