Sarah makes and sells pottery bowls. She has costs totaling $10,000 per year plus a cost of $7 for each bowl she makes. If she sells the bowls for $25 each, what is the minimum number she must sell each year to earn at least $25,000 profit?

x = # of bowls
25x - (10,000 + 7x) ≥ 25,000
25x - 10,000 - 7x ≥ 25,000
18x ≥ 35,000
x ≥ 1,944.4444...

To make a minimum of a $25,000 profit, Sarah has to make at least 1,945 bowls every year.
