Odd degree with negative leading coefficient, the curve starts from +∞ and ends (on the right) at -∞.
Try to sketch with pencil & paper or in your head, if possible, the following:
It first crosses the x-axis at x=0, and graces the x-axis at x=2 (root multiplicity 4) and gradually moves to -∞ as x grows.
