I think c because obviously they have to check whether he/she has breast cancer or not

The correct answer is C. Perform genetic screening.

The doctor needs to run a screen to check if the patient has or is at risk of developing breast cancer.

Surgery would only be performed if cancer is present or if the patient is at high risk of developing it. Medication would only be prescribed if the patient has a diagnosis. A BMI screening determines the amount of body fat in a person and not relevant here.
