Explanation:

because you do 5x3 in the numerator and the asnwer is 15. 15+1=16 and 16/2 =8. Because the bottom is a divisor, just do 16/2=8. Therefore the answer is 8.

I havn't learned this kind of stuff in math yet so im just guessing. (DONT RELY ON THIS POST SO MUCH)
