In handling this situation, it is best to meet up with other supervisors and discuss about the communication problem that exist in which have affected your department’s productivity. It is the best way in handling the situation because having to talk with the others could have a good communication and would be beneficial for it could be helpful in discussing about the problem and solutions that could help in the situation.
