y> - x² + 4x - 6. To know which one is right just replace x and y by their related value:
A(0,-6); -6 > 0+0-6→ - 6>-6 WRONG
B(0,0); 0>0+0-6→ 0>-6 RIGHT
C(2,-3); -3> -4 +8 -6 → -3>--2 WRONG
D(3,-4) -4> -9 +12 -6→ -4> -3 WRONG

the answer is letter B
Since the line of the parabola is NOT included in the answer you cannot include any answer that lies on the line.
