Prime numbers are numbers that have no factors other than 1 and itself.
I know the square root of 625 is 25, so we have 25 • 25.
However, 25 isn't prime. The factors of 25 are 5&5.
We now have 5 • 5 • 5 • 5, or 5^4.

Your answer is D.)

I hope this helps!
