we have the functions

\begin{gathered} f(x)=\sqrt[3]{3x} \\ g(x)=3x+2 \end{gathered}

Find out (f/g)(x)

((f)/(g))(x)=(f(x))/(g(x))=\frac{\sqrt[3]{3x}}{3x+2}

Find out the restrictions

Remember that the denominator cannot be equal to zero

so

3x+2=0

3x=-2

x=-2/3

so

The value of x cannot be equal to x=-2/3

therefore

The answer is the option B
