This is the concept of conversion of units. The question requires us to convert the units from grams to Kgs
Given that 1000g=1 kg, the number of kgs in 483g mass will be given by:
1000g=1kg,
thus;
483g=483/1000kg
=0.483 kg
The answer is C.0.483
