When asking an interviewee a question, all of the steps given in the options are equally important, thus the correct option is I, II and III. An interviewer must has an expertise  knowledge of the relevant topic areas where his questions will be drawn, this will give him opportunity to ask informed questions. An interviewer must not make any assumption, he should allow the interviewee to clarify their opinions and views. All questions must also be adapted to fit the context of the interview.
