Jeez i haven't seen this type of problem in awhile! I hope i give you the right answer!
First since 64 is a perfect root i think your answer is
z/8 but i haven't done this in awhile. So I'm really sorry if i did this wrong

\bf \sqrt{\cfrac{z}{64}}\implies \cfrac{√(z)}{√(64)}\implies \cfrac{√(z)}{8}
