Two lines are perpendicular. The first line passes through (1, –3) and has a y-intercept of (0, 3). Which of the following cannot be the equation of the second line?

A. y=1/6x-3

B.
6x – y = –2

C.
x – 6y = –2

D.
2x = 12y + 3

B is the only one that would not be perpendicular to the first line. The first line would have a point-slope intercept form of y=-6x+3 and so any line perpendicular to it would require a slope of 1/6. All of them have a slope of 1/6 except B, which has a slope of 6.
