Hmm, well the environment of a kitchen can be safe but it can be dangerous. I'm only putting that in because its true. But it will only seem dangerous if you make is dangerous that why you stick to your role while working in the kitchen and make sure not to get in anybodies way and focus on your task(s).
I would say some scenarios but I don't know any, besides what I said above, focus on your task(s) and what you're good at, and you'll be fine. And be especially sure to follow the directions on paper or by word while cooking, or you'll mess up and have to start all over again, the waste of supplies, and probably get scolded by the head cook, or manager.
This is a honest answer from experience with my mother, it may not be accurate to what you're going for but its just some basic tips.
