A: vertical
B: Horizontal
C: Rising
D: Falling
the answer is D, because once you rearrange this equation into y intercept form and you get y = -4x -3, you then graph the line and the line appears to be decreasing down

Answer: The line is decreasing.

Explanation:

Since we have given that

4x+y=-3

If we write it in point-slope form : we get

y=-3-4x\\y=-4x-3

And our standard form is :

y=mx+c

Equating both the equations, we get that

Slope of line = m = -4

Since the slope of line is negative i.e. m= -4

Then the Line is falling.

Hence, The line is decreasing.
