Make up your own rational function that has a vertical asymptotes at
x=2 and x=-3

To have a vertical asymptote at x = 2, you need a factor of (x - 2).
To have a vertical asymptote at x = - 3, you need a factor of (x + 3).
The numerator can be any number.
4/((x - 2)(x + 3))
