The chest pain indicates that he is likely experiencing symptoms that are related to his heart which shows that he has angina pectoris. This happens because the arteries in the heart is being blocked, where in the blood flow is affected and this happens because of the situation that he’s in that contributes a problem to his heart, making him at risk. A heart attack could occur because if the veins are blocked, the heart will not sustain a regular blood flow and would lack oxygen, resulting into a heart attack.
