Explanation:

Given: The parent function
y=\sin x

The graph shown is sifted of parent function.

In graph we can see graph shift horizontally.

It will change in x only.

As we know sine function start from (0,0).

At starting point the value of y is 0.

We will see the value of y is 0 in shifted graph at which value of x.

In graph we can see at
x=(\pi)/(4) y is 0.

It means graph shift
(\pi)/(4) unit right because in horizontal shifting the value of y doesn't change.
