The answer to this question is Static Stretching. Static Stretching is a type of stretching where in the person stretched for a period of about 10 to 30 seconds in a comfortable position. Other types of stretching are Dynamic, Passive, and Active Stretching. In stretching, it can alleviate having cramps especially before doing a specific sport.
