The way to write in the simplest form is to add all like terms.

-3x^2 + 2y^2 + 5xy - 2y + 5x^2 - 3y^2
2x^2 + 2y^2 + 5xy - 2y - 3y^2
2x^2 - y^2 + 5xy - 2y

There is 4 terms in the simplified expression.
Out of those 4 terms, 2 terms are negative.
