y=150p + 1750 .This is the function representing the load of a plane.
However the load cannot exceed 2500 pounds, that mean:
y< or = 2500
150p + 1750 < or = 2500
150p < or = 2500-1750
150p < or = 750
and p < or = 5 (Answer A)
