In fraction form, .2 can be written as 2/10 or 20/100 or 200/1000...and so on. Doing the division on all of those fractions gives you a solution of .2

Answer:

(2)/(10) or
(1)/(5)

Explanation:

we need to write the number 0.2 in the form of fraction a/b

0.2 can be written as
(0.2)/(1)

We have one number 2 after the decimal point

To remove the decimal point , multiply both top and bottom by 2

(0.2 \cdot 10)/(1 \cdot 10)

(2)/(10) or
(1)/(5)
