Get regular exercise.
It is not healthy to skip meals because your body will go into starvation mode and start storing food. You do not have to eat a specific diet of any kind as long as you exercise regularly.

The others answer choices are just dumb skipping a meal a day can cause hunger problems like why would u miss out on food
