I believe the correct answer is the final option - "Nobody ever helps me into carriages..."
Truth wants to say that men are trying to treat women nicely, and give them a preferential treatment, but that it's not the case when she is involved. Men usually help women get into carriages, however, they do not do that for her, which has to do with her skin color.
