Each floor is 10 feet so that is 240 feet. The elevator travels 5 ft/sec, so to find the time to travel the 240 feet, divide. 240÷5=48 sec.

Each floor is 10 feet so that is 240
since the elevator travels 5 ft/sec you will need to find the time to travel the 240 feet
so decide 240 by 5 and you get 48 feet :)
