Positive feedback- key concept is more of something, the better of the outcome is. For example, the release of oxytocin for milk eject during childbirth is a positive feedback. our body system doesn't often run on positive feedback.
Negative feedback- Key concept: homeostasis for example, your HR will increase when intensity of the workout increases, and vice versa that is a negative feedback. most of our body system reply very much on negative feedback.
