A. their- yes, their is saying "belonging to them or whoever"
B. his or her- you don't write that in a sentence
C. his- there are more then 1, so you can't use that.
D. they're- they're means "they are"... you can't say " Neither Omar nor Kurt has turned they're (they are) permission form.
