A pendulum has 312 J of potential energy at the highest point of its swing. How much kinetic energy will it have at the bottom of its swing?

At the bottom of its swing , all the potential energy will have been converted to kinetic energy.The energy conservation theorem says that the energy of an isolated system conserves thus , by assuming there is no friction , the kinetic energy at the botttom of its swing will be the same as its potential energy.
