Explanation:

If we rotate the square again at an angle of 180 degrees it will return the square to its original position.

for example we just do this test

Pick a corner of the square, lets say (x,y)


first ,we relflected the square about x axis (-x, y)


then we reflected it about y axis,which gives us (-x, -y)

To return it back to the original position we do this:

180 degree rotation: ( - (-x) , - (-y) ) = (x,y)

It confirms that option C is the answer.
