Without cardiovascular fitness you will have no endurance to use your muscles. And also without a strong heart you won't get proper circulation to your muscles and other body parts and systems.

Cardiovascular Fitness is for the heart lungs and blood vessels and help support how they function. Muscular Fitness this type of fitness simply tells you how strong a person’s muscles are. Cardiovascular Fitness is important just as the muscular fitness, because it works fitness for the heart lungs and blood vessels so it can function correctly.
