The length of AD=6 units , AB=5 units, CD=4 units

we have to find the measure of ∠p

In ΔBAD by Pythagoras theorem,


BD^2=AB^2+AD^


BD^2=5^2+6^2=25+36=61


BD=7.81024..\sim 7.8

Now, In Δ DCB


\cosp=(CD)/(BD)=(4)/(7.8)=0.513


p=\cos^(-1)0.513=59.14^(\circ)

The measure of ∠p is 59.14°
