Explanation:

In the circle O, RT and SU are the diameters. Since ∠ROS = ∠TOU (Opposite angles)

13x = 15x - 8

15x - 13x = 8

2x = 8

x = 4

Therefore ∠ROS = 13×4 = 52°

and ∠TOU = (15x - 8) = 52°

Since we know the sum of all angles at a point on the given line = 180°

Therefore ∠UOV + ∠ROV + ∠SOR = 180°

m RV = m RU (given)

∠ROV = ∠VOU

∠ROV + ∠ROV + ∠SOR = 180

2∠ROV + 52 = 180

2∠ROV = 180 - 52 = 128°

∠ROV = 128/2 = 64°

Or m VU = 64°
